The Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) is a statutory body mandated to examine, select and recommend to Sindh Government personnel for recruitment in executive civil service positions. It discharges its duties with due diligence, impartiality, notions of fair play and with dedication. In order to lessen the gestation period the SPSC is in the process of devising methods to do so without compromising the spirit and efficiency of the examinations. While doing so it also remains mindful of its responsibilities as the custodian of prevailing best practices with respect to competitive examinations and the need to retain the requirements of discretion.
